InterContinental Yokohama Grand By IHG

Beautiful lobby

Bell desk and rushing us to finish by a certain time

Amazing everything service food environment location. It's a must stay.. I'd recommend the club Suites and take advantage of all the club perks.. biggest nicest rooms in Yokohama

Location

Stayed here several times; this time we found the room - & especially the bathroom - on the small side.

The location, the bathroom, the size of the room.

Although the air conditioning was on, the room got a little hot at night.

Staff was courteous and able to easily assist us during our stay. Not much of a language barrier for English speaking guests. Hotel was safe during Typhoon Hagibis. Breakfast had a large variety.

The view

Having to pay to use the swimming pool.

Location.

I didn?t like the fact that there was a additional charge of 4300 yen per day to use the pool and 3300 yen per day to use the sauna.

Friendly, Clean

External amenities, room was clean and comfortable, view was amazing.

The bathroom sink was a bit worn, although I know it was clean. I did not feel like it was clean.

Location great. . .close to Cup Noodle Museum, World Porters, Air Cabin ride and the amusement park. View. . . excellentRoom. . . ExcellentStaff. . . Very helpful and friendly, especially bellmen

Hotel not tourist friendly. Too uppity and front desk a bit fake and not so friendly. No personal care shop.

Location of the hotel is excellent,

Service is good and courteous. Staffs are very kind. Hardly to find something needs to improve.

The room was fantastic, I booked a club room and had access to the club/executive lounge. They ensure you are well treated with access to snacks, tea, coffee, and even alcohol throughout the day. They help you through the check-in process while sitting comfortably in the club, and treat you with absolute respect.

When booking a club room, there's no mention of where you should check in at, I was in line when a staff member started yelling and asking if anyone had a club room, after double checking I flagged the staff member down, and was pulled out of the main reception line to check in with the club instead, the rest of the process was smooth

Room view is amazing. Location is easy to access

The hotel amenities in room are very few

Room was comfortable, view was fantastic and location was fantastic.

Room was comfortable and the harbour view was fantastic. Fireworks onn the harbour which was able to be watched from the comfort of our room.

Great location, wonderful breakfast both Japanese and buffet.

Hall and room carpets are showing a bit of wear.

The location of the property was perfect. We were catching a cruise and we were close to the port. There was also a selection of restaurants and other activities.

Superb location. Across the street from two very large malls. Train station is very close. And harbor side attraction are just down the road. Couldn't be much better.

Location, view of the harbor, and very helpful staff.

It was fine, bathroom wasn’t nice and clean so we changed the room next by upgrading and paying extra

Bathroom was not nice
